Not feeling supported
Hi, so I have an autism diagnosis (health anxiety confirmed too, as well as eating disorder either ARFID/anorexia, not sure, sleeping issues). Trauma. Confused abt ADHD. My dr said I can't have it cos 'I don't 'seem' hyperactive'. Quote, in 2023! Ridiculous.
(Quote not from 2023, I just mean it's ridiculous drs saying this these days). Posted this in ADHD support too.

I posted this in autism support too.
@StressedGirl Can I unpost this? I tried to remember and couldn't (poor working memory, executive function disorder, autism - at least that's where I'm attributing the executive function impairment to at the moment).
