Recently diagnosed
I was recently diagnosed with autism this year at 34. Can anyone share tips, resources, advice? Please help.

It can be difficult when we are diagnosed to get our heads around it.
It takes time and support.
But I hope genuinely that you find that here 💙

I will try to keep it simple, and actually, that's going to be the majority of my advice. While great that you now have this insight, this is not the time to put pressure on yourself. It's okay to just live for awhile and let the info sink in. It's up to you who you tell and what you do. Learn as much as you can, and find the accommodations that work for you. Try to begin slowly addressing the sensory sensitivities and putting boundaries up around excessive socializing or people pleasing. Skill regression is totally normal at first. Be kind to yourself. It's a beautiful thing to come back to yourself
