Security Blanket/stuffed animal?

Does anyone else have a security blanket they use? How does it make you feel? Doesn't have to be a blanket, can be anything.
I've had the same blanket my whole life, and I'm 22. It's weird, I feel so much better when I hold it against my face. It immediately calms me down. I've also personified it, so I've developed a special bond to my most loyal "friend".

I MUST sleep with stuffed animals, or else sleep is difficult.

Wow, you are so lucky to still have that blanket.
I almost always have to have a handkerchief or something if my mother’s, like her nightgown or a hand towel from her house, now she has passed on.
