Autism daignosis?

So I have a friend and they're diagnosed with autism (Asperger's disease but I'm pretty sure that that's not a term used anymore and that it's just autism?) and they're very sure I have autism and they want me to do a screening but I don't know how to schedule one. I have sorta always wondered if I was autistic but brushed it off because what if I'm faking it or just want a quick fix to understanding myself y'know. But I think having someone who is actually diagnosed has made me believe it more. Now I'm just wondering how to get a daignosis. It makes me very nervous and I don't know what to do.
