I am AuDHD
I just recently was diagnosed with autism and I'm 2024 I was diagnosed at 62 with ADHD. Now I have a dual diagnosis and I'm learning to embrace me and my uniqueness 🙋🏼 I wish there was an AuDHD option on the mental health list that's there while you're looking for the communities you'd like to join.
I've been given the warmest welcome everywhere I go here in 7 cups and that touched my heart in a big way 🙂
I wish I'd learned of my AuDHD earlier on but it's okay once I was diagnosed it is like my life made a lot more sense and now I am getting to know me and it's a healing miracle for me.

I understand the want for a separate AuDhd space but do know you are so welcome here and there's many of us who understand the internal battle that is AuDhd, myself included.
