Im autistic and was discriminated at work

I want to call out my former friend for abusive behavior but dont know how to act on it, they told me no one cares about your autism, right to my face, in front of a boss, who did nothing. THey thought nothing happened, but they did alot. to my trust, and to my self esteem. Should i kill them with kindness? Report them to hr? Get my brother involved? They also insulted my brother and father too. So i would appreiate a course of action. Fellow autistic guy- Indesisve Guy
