Bad Week

So I've been having a bad week and made an appointment with my counsellor in which I cancelled and it was a bad idea because I ended up getting high BUT I did know when to stop myself this time without going to far.
even then it's sadly been a bad couple weeks ☹️

Well, that's good that you didn't go too far, but you did get in contact with your counselor to reschedule your appointment? It's important to him/her and figure you out. 👍👍 @Meowtara
