Hi Im Ft,

Coping is one of the key things a person does to face the long road ahead of them their many coping techniques information out there in the world a person can look up. Examples to name a few: Breathing exercise, Mindfulness Exercise, Journaling, Physical Exercise to eating right.

Sometimes to most times for me it hard very hard to cope and find some stability and peace of mind. What hurts the most is when I feel along even though their family friends romantic love ones around to give support but they dont know to support.

Coping each day for me is my way of escape a certain mood swing to rapid cycling to Mania. For so many years I been taking stabilizers to ease the pressure that ready to explode and at times these stabilizer makes feel worst then I first started.

Here the thing coping what works for me is sleep and talking sometimes breathing exercise and mindfulness works but it only for short time. Breathing to help control sometimes triggers me to get worse so I try something else mindfulness at time make feel good but at times it a triggering because I start thinking a lot.

Sleep for me helps to turn of the switch but to much of it can be how you dangerous. Because it makes me stay more then what I want and it causes me to go into overdrive at times it good but at time Im in a quicksand the more I move the more I get sucked in more and more with every struggle. So I limit my time on sleep for example power naps 1 hours regular naps 8 hours.
