Bipolar and isolation

Hello,

im diagnosed with bipolar 2 and am struggling very badly. I don’t know what’s happening half the time and I can’t manage my emotions. When I have psych appointments I feel so confused trying to explain to her when my manic episodes end and depressive ones begin. I can’t tell if my meds are working. I have horrible imposter syndrome and I’ve relapsed into an eating disorder. I’m 1000 miles away from home at university in a city I don’t like anymore which just makes things even worse. My mental health is starting to severely effect my health. I’m always in pain or tired and feeling on the verge of sickness. I’m just tired and I have no one to talk to. I know not a single person who has bipolar at all. Everyone treats me like I’m either overdramatic or it’s something I can control. I had a bit of a depressive break the last 5 days and was doing extremely bad. Idk if it’s just me but when no one cares to check up on me it hurts even more.

im just doing so bad and have no one where I’m at. I go to such an academically rigorous school and I’m just trying so hard to stay above water but I can’t.
