Bipolar disorder

That's a really specific time frame?! Why 7 years? Bipolar does hurt! Our emotions cut like a knife. They are intense, they are overwhelming, even the good ones are scary. We constantly have to watch ourselves and it's exhausting! Bipolar is not for the faint of heart. In fact, I am convinced it takes the heart of a warrior to survive. Knowing absolutely nothing else about you, the fact that you are still here and fighting makes you a badass. It takes so much courage to do that. Don't sell yourself short by succumbing to something as trivial as time.
