Bipolar life.
I don’t know which bipolar they said but my mood switches instantly and I have learned to live with it. I am still struggling but being aware has helped me to keep it tamed. My ups always lead to downs if too high then always too low. And vice versa. But trying to keep myself in the middle is sometimes impossible. Does anyone recommend medication to take for a bipolar of this degree? I’d say sometimes even manic depressive . Any thing helps, thanks

Thank you! I am definitely going to see one and of course scientifically one medicine won’t work for anyone else the same as it does me .. but I figured it was a shot in the dark that’s better shot than not.. thank you 😌 i wish you luck too on your journey
