Aw, that sounds frustrating for you! It's definitely hard when you know something's not right, but you can't seem to put a finger on it. It can be overwhelming sometimes. I'm new to the community here, so I can't give lots of recommendations, but I know they have lots of good listeners on here and licensed therapists if you would like to talk to someone one-on-one. Perhaps a therapist would be able to give you some more direction about what you're feeling and why. In my personal experience with feelings similar to these, I have found mindfulness helps. It doesn't have to be meditation in the traditional sense - I have benefited from a walk outside, some stretching, journaling (or voice recording if writing is too much), deep breathing, grounding, hugging a friend, reading a favourite quote or poem, etc. There are many different ways to be connected and find a moment of calmness - feel free to research and experiment to find one that works for you. Thanks for reaching out. I applaud you for taking that step - it's not easy to put yourself out there and be vulnerable. You are loved and valuable, and you are not alone in your struggles. We're all here to support you and help however we can.
