Day 1 of medication...

So i won't mention the name of the medication but its one that has a risk of developing Steven Johnson Syndrome? lol

thats not why i'm making the post. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a certain feeling after only 12 HOURS of starting the first dose..... took it about 5 pm, had crazy vivid dreams all night but woke up feeling so hyper, kind of anxious, feelings of impending doom come and go, i feel like i have energy. I mean its not like I feel like i chugged a redbull but like.... what is going on? mood stabilizer advice anyone?? I'm worried this will trigger a manic episode... I still feel sypmtoms of depression and am still struggling with focus, motivation, desire to start any kind of task (from going to apply to this job today or even simply doing the dishes from last night) I all around generally feel different. I am also an addict to hard drugs that are extrememly stimulating and I am using today. Curious to hear from the community Thanks :)
