Feeling incapacitated

I have struggled with bipolar 2 for many years and my medication has stopped working I’ve had quite a few medication switches within the last few months and am now coming off of lithium. Im recently off off work and my daughter back to school most days I sleep until i have to pick her up or stare through the tv and cry. Just need some kind words and to know im not alone

I appreciate this group and am glad we have this space to reach out to others just to know we are not alone. And you are not alone! {{hugs}} I have BP2, so I do not know what you are going through with BP1, but I'm here if you would like someone to talk to. I am not an official listener, just a normal guy trying to figure out my own shit.
