Grief and Bipolar Anger

I lost my Grammy a few weeks ago and I was extremely close with her. I watched her slowly pass with extreme dementia. Lately, my medication does not seem to not be enough anymore, hence why I am on here. I am SO angry, I am easily triggered. I am either crying, super angry or super irritated. Has anyone else dealt with grief with bipolar and experienced this?

Sadly, this is exactly what's happening to me currently (although I lost both my pets I had known since I remember). Nothing helps, and the angry side is starting to take over the other emotions.
