How to Manage Bipolar 1

I've recently been diagnosed with bipolar 1 and PTSD. Things started getting really bad for me and I grew dependent on my friends to help me cope until I finally got help a few months ago. This led to me losing almost all of my friends. I still have bad moments but Im looking for ways to manage those and maybe get my friends back? Any advice would be helpful.

Okay, I'm doing that. I meant outside of that.

You will lose a few friends along the way but those true ones will stand by you and be the support you need. I recognized that during my hypertalkative and manic state I will speak out loud without filters opinions stated by others that were inappropriate and become less than diplomatic offending friends. This last time recognizing the inpappropriateness of wanting to overcommunicate I had downloaded a bunch of apps to either communicate with strangers or AI and that helped me burden those around me less although close friends had recognized my mania from all the paranoid delusional ways I was behaving.
