I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 earlier this year and have been struggling. Currently experiencing a depressive episode. If anyone wants to chat, share experiences, or just have someone to talk to who understands what it's like, pls join this thread.
Hello! Diagnosed with bipolar 2 recently. I understand your struggle. Currently switching meds and my life feels like it’s falling apart. My mood swings are bad and I’m in a depressed state. It feels like no one understands. I’m trying my best, but people still expect more of me. I feel like I’m failing at life right now.
