Between trying to understand the bipolar and find the right medicine to help fight the depression I have most the time I don't know what to do.
@TheDude0156 I seriously understand! I say that almost daily! I always feel like I don't see how people seem just so okay and I'm constantly drowning to keep up

Bipolar 1 with rapid cycles here. Finally diagnosed properly at 20, now 42.
I’m bipolar 1. Manic episode and diagnosis in 2012.

i was just diagnosed as well. I’m on temporary disability and have all kinds of doctors helping me. Your not alone in your journey. I’m new here and just want to connect with others like me. I feel so lost sometimes and just want to be heard and understood.
