Med advice

I have not taken any of my meds in several months now. None of my bipolar meds, diabetic meds, antidepressants, none of them. I know I need to. I have set alarms to remind me. When it comes time I don't take them because I have not put them together in my pill box. (I should take 7 different ones in the morning and 9 different ones at bed time). I get side tracked and forget or tell myself I will do them later but never do. Does anyone have any advice I can use to motivate me to get back on track? I feel my "I don't give a crap" attitude is really taking over my life.

@TheDude0156 I am sorry but no one at 7cups is aloud to give advice.

So sorry about that.

What does taking medication mean to you? Finding a deep meaning for doing this can help bring constant motivation!

I set my smart watch to remind me to take my meds. The only reason I bought the watch I also use it to keep track of important events. When in mania my memory is not great
