Mixed Episodes
I’m pretty certain I’ve been in a mixed episode since the beginning of April. I know this isn’t the first time, but it’s the first time I’ve recognized it while it’s happening. I haven’t been able to find many forums about people experiencing mixed episodes. I was diagnosed bipolar late 2019 and i am pretty sure it’s rapid cycling and leaning more towards 1 than 2. Are there any others on here that have dealt with mixed episodes? My doctor upped my Lamictal a few days ago so hopefully that will bring me back to normal.
@bpanon0510 hi there! as i don't have bipolar myself. i'm sorry but i can't help you in that department. but on 7cups there are many listeners who understand bipolar. so you can browse listener and put the category yourself. or you can use reddit. there are communities there. it'll help if you meet someone who experiencing the same thing like you!
