I'm getting help I do see a doctor and am on vraylar and clonidine for anzity but I have other mental issues alot of them panic attacks are killing me and the depression is crippling very crippling I mean it's hard to get help I don't want to go to the er or a walk in clinic they also don't understand any help or advice please please I would appreciate it I need to calm down this is getting g way to hard !!

so sorry you are struggling. journaling is great or you could talk to a counselor on here or text a chat line. you will find support.
You are right I am seeing a psychiatrist I need to talk to her
