hi : ] i was diagnosed with bipolar 1

i was diagnosed about six or seven months ago. im not medicated or anything. havent been to therapy at all.

the past couple of days have been... a rollercoaster to say the least. today especially though. ive been so high and so low so fast. i feel like im insane sometimes. ive been so impulsive and so unhappy with myself. im not motivated to do anything st all, i can barely get out of bed. im just having a really hard time at the moment and im just looking for other people who relate.
