Hi Bumble, I’m also on my bipolar journey and have been for nearly 2 decades. It’s truly is beyond hard and takes every ounce of bravery and courage to keep going, and yes it truly is a lonely struggle. Well I’ve found it easier to keep it to myself as the constant explaining to others is just so draining. My chats are always open too .. Lapaix
