Good morning! I am a room supporter for our Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and Psychosis support chat and I will be hosting a guided chat Friday, 2/28 at 6PM EST in the group chat. While it will be called, “Mindfulness, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia,” it will also apply to people living with symptoms of psychosis!
