Ive lost my job my apartment my gf my dad all this year. My bipolar disorder is the worst it's ever been..yesterday was fathers day and its the first father's day without my dad pressuring me to buying him a 50 dollar prime rib..please send some positive energy if you have any to spare i know it hard out there but keep me in your prayers please.

@Bipolaraf91 prayer is therapy, and it can be done at home or in a community. there are many ways to find therapy. Bipolar disorder requires medication. Please, make sure you are taking your medication. It does not fix everything, but it will allow you to operate in a more stable manner. I feel for you, and I also lost my father, and I missed him too. Do your best to work on getting better by practicing healthy and mindful habits. It's easy to say this.... it's harder to do it.... my best recommendation is to find therapy and take your medication. this is a good start... if you pray, pray alot. this also helped me too.
