Anger management anyone here?
Anyone here care to share. I feel I spit venom when I’m angry and later feel so guilty but I still feel they deserve it for the pain they made me feel…

Yes, I had been working on some anger issues myself, and your description sounds quite accurate 😊
Sometimes I think it is all about the rule "the dog which bites really hard is not the one with the biggest teeth, but the one with the most delicate skin".
Paradoxically, explosions of anger can be a result of blocked or forbidden anger.
For me it was important to learn to react before the situation gets to the boiling point. With simple, small steps, trying to explain the situation before emotions go out of control.
Probably some Buddhist teachers would say something about not fighting your anger, but letting it come, stay for a while ("your making friends with your anger"), and go away...
The world is fragile, people are fragile and it's too easy to hurt someone. And some results can be irreversible.
When you feel you must hit something to survive, hit a plastic cup or a wooden table - to not make any harm to valuable things, valuable people, or... your own body - not a wall (some of them might be more prone to damage than you think 😉), not your kid's toy, not your wife's favourite teacup, not a person.
Also, I think one the biggest challenges is learning to use more neutral, assertive language while angry, for example, instead of saying:
"What a f***ing idiot did this terrible mess?!!!"
it's better to say:
"Geez, what happened here?!!!"
Concentrating on facts, not on judgement.
I know it can be hard, but it is very satisfying once you get it, and this is how you abstain from hurting your dearest and nearest ones.
