Hello everyone my name is prince, I am 19 years old. I've had biopolar for a long time I used to be in therapy all the time but I still wasn't okay. It took a while and my brain became foggy and I felt numb. I don't know how to help myself everyday life time and thinking I was okay with my family I love even though I carried with my own pain.
