Hello. I'm really sorry you're going through this. It sounds incredibly tough, and it must be exhausting on a daily basis. I believe you deserve proper support by a professional.

Do I get the things right by thinking that you have been cared of by a psychiatrist, including any required medication?

One thing is little unclear to me: How often your mood swings happen? Is it a matter of days, or hours? Because you mentioned you were diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, though your description also reminds me bipolar disorder.

I am sorry, but - especially when considering the double diagnosis - any other help than of a well-prepared professional could do more harm than good in these circumstances.

However, I believe when you are feeling overwhelmed some mindfulness and anchoring exercises might help.

For example, if you are preparing a meal, or working in the garden, you may try to concentrate on things around you, like sights, sounds, scents, touches or smells. Being in contact with nature might also reduce the tensions you are going through, here I mean things like: going for a walk, breathing, some mild stretching exercises. Do you think some journaling (writing a diary) could be of any help, too?

I know the situation, like feeling locked inside your head with no way out in sight, may seem hopeless, but with proper therapeutic means and medication there is a way out. I keep my fingers crossed for you to make it 👍
