Hello ,

Does anyone know how kann I focus better on my goals and plan rationally ?

I mean I have too much anxiety when I am between the episodes,I feel frustrated cuz I can’t study or even plan anything rationally and stick to it

My anxiety and fears and perfectionism take me down

And now I have to work ,attend online course and study at the same time ,I feel overwhelmed.

Take things one step at a time.

When you have an attack, focus on your breathing, counting slowly until your heart rate slows. Tell yourself, I am safe, I am ok, this didn't hurt me, to train your mind. Take self care breaks. Break things into small and manageable tasks. All you can ever do is your best 💕💜

I understand you, especially the perfectionism. Here is what would I do. I have Bipolar too. My method is to do most enjoyable things first. Then the hard work, but the hard work must be done, just I leave it for the end of my plans for the day. Do it for 5 minutes first. The most important thing first. After you treat yourself with revards at the start.

In other words, things you would do while manic first, just one thing, than the hard work. This is my method.

Have you ever tried the pomodoro method? You can get apps for it. I like to listen to some focus music and set a pomodoro timer. It sets the timer for the first first 25 minutes I believe and then you get a break for 5 minutes and after an hour or two you get a longer break
