Don’t Play the Victim

Ever since I was diagnosed bipolar, I always played the victim using it as a crutch and excuse. I recently came across this quote and I am proactively working to empower myself and no longer play the victim. Have you guys heard of this quote and if so, how does it play a part in your life?
