Focus has been really poor

It has been 7 months since my first manic episode doctor prescriped me quatiepine divalporex sodium and aripiprazole. My focus has been really poor like I cant even read one page of a book at a time it really sucks and I already skipped one year of college and I cant skip another what should I do ? I also have diagnosed adhd and autism but my doctor wont prescribe me stimulants as those are what they caused the manic episode

Continue talking to your doctor to find other coping strategies and talk also to your college about supports that are available.
All you can do is your best.
You are going through alot at the minute.
