How to tell whats real?
The people closest to me, hacked m phone and contacted and manipulated my relationships to men. They actually payd a kind of call boy to play me and sleep with me. I was already in depression, but this got me into deep paranoia. I still don’t know how much of it happened and how much I exceleratwd it. I started looking for cameras at home etc that was psychosis for sure.
These people triggered my sickness and played with my reality. How can I tell exactly what they did to me, without them admitting?
Would medication help me to understand the past? Or would it only help with current psychosis thoughts? Bc now it’s not urgent any more. I need to understand which one of them started this ordeal for me, to be able to sue them.
In situations like this, it can be challenging to determine the exact extent of what happened, especially if those involved are not willing to admit their actions. It may be helpful to consider seeking professional help from a therapist who can provide support and guidance in processing these experiences. They can also help you distinguish between real events and paranoid thoughts.
Medication can be a valuable tool in managing symptoms like paranoia and psychosis, but it's crucial to consult with a mental health professional to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific situation. Medication may help alleviate current symptoms and improve your overall mental health, but it may not necessarily provide clarity about past events.
If legal action is necessary to address what happened, it's essential to consult with a legal professional who specializes in such matters. They can guide you through the legal process and help you gather evidence if possible.
Remember that you don't have to go through this alone. Reach out to trusted friends, family, or listeners for emotional support, and consider seeking professional help to navigate these complex issues and work towards healing. Your well-being is a priority, and there are resources available to assist you in this challenging journey. Take care 💚
