My Emotions change way too much without any reason like waking up depressed as *** but then 2 hour later im the happiest guy in thr world just to be angry (its an example)
This things just caused problems with my family relationship thinking i am a weirdo and i am overreacting but i dont know i cant control my emotions they control me wgile they change randomly...

If you haven't been assessed for it, and your doctor hasn't brought it up as it's not terribly common - maybe you have Cyclothymia or similar? I'd check into it further. The system likes to throw the "bipolar" around when they aren't willing to do the work but it is the most misdiagnosed condition nationally (usa).
