You've clearly had some rough Christmases. Its hard to be separated from those you love at any time, but at this time, particularly rough. I'm sad to read about these tragic losses. Its understandable that you are finding it hard. And yes, it is true that we all reach the end at some point. But I don't believe that is a reason to bring it earlier.

Having been the person left behind when someone left life early, if you are considering that, please don't. If you love anyone, I can assure you, it will be horrific for them. I fight to believe that things will get better. If I can, then can you?

I understand you are in pain. But I've been told that pain is love with nowhere to go. Can you use that to take that love and make someone's life better with it and believe that someone will do the same for you.

You are unique and thus important. Please find support. As you know, life can change in a moment. Maybe the  moment when things change for the better is not so far away.
