Hello everyone. My name is Jes, and I am new here. I've been on 7cups before in the past - probably ten years ago maybe? Possibly five or six. LOL.
Anyway I have bipolar 1 and have been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I know this group isn't for bpd, so I'll stick with framing my posts around the bipolar diagnosis.
Anyway, I just joined the group and wanted to introduce myself.
