I'll be honest, been dealing with hallucinations lately. Seeing/hearing stuff that isn't there. I have to pretend like everything is normal. It's hard. This thread is for anyone that wants to talk about this sort of thing, whether you experience it or have questions about it.

Not sure why this posted twice.
I have started having auditory hallucinations. I have confirmed with my friends that those sounds indeed are not real. I don’t know what to do other than just ignore it
