Relationship support
I’ve been with my partner for a few months now and we have a connection that’s deep and we love each other so much. That type of love where your souls connect you accept one another for who you are you fall in love with their soul and spirit first then anything else. I’ve never been with a partner who is bipolar and he ignores me for days or sometimes gets agitated with me but immediately apologies. I’m trying to navigate this and see how to support him so he can grow and we can grow together as he overthinks a lot and creates scenarios that aren’t there and goes thru my phone and thinks he will lose me. I love him dearly and assure him I’m not going anywhere and I accept him as he is. I’m a very loving person and I hope and pray he can learn to embrace this love. He tells me it will be a bumpy road it won’t be forever but he wants to love me. I want to fight for us and I see he loves me. Any advice in navigating a relationship like this or what to say or do when your partner is experiencing a depressive episode or overthinking agitated episode ?

We deal with heavy irritability that is hard to describe and hard to deal with. Just my thought

I don't know if it ever goes away. It might be temporary but come back, this is a lifelong disease.
My irritability has gotten better with this medication called Abilify. Still working on it.
