Self sabotaging connoisseur

I’m not sure I should blame this on my bipolar- but I spent way too much money on an app. Impulsively. Now I can’t afford gas until pay day and am sure to be fired. Whoops.

Now I’m spending the day in bed self loathing and feeling depressed to the point of numbness.
