I've been hearing voices, seeing faces everywhere, and feeling unexplainable things throughout my body. ive also been unable to eat or sleep much in months. I'm not sure if I'm being haunted by spirits or what. but I'm losing my mind. please no harsh comments, I have nobody else to talk to, I could use a friend...

I think your body is struggling due to lack of sleep and food, it's important to see a doctor and explain these symptoms , and get the support and the help you need to start feeling more like yourself.
