Struggling Right Now
Hello.
I am new to 7 cups and struggling with Schizoaffective disorder (Bipolar type). I haven't been officially diagnosed yet even though the counselor I am seeing recommended a psychiatrist visit. I am really struggling with mood swings, psychotic episodes, lack of support from my family, and stigma around schizophrenia, bipolar, and mental illness in general. I really just need someone to talk to.
