Can someone talk to themselves without being aware and can't even see themselves doing

@selfconfidentSpring6495 yes. it happens often to people with bipolar and schizophrenia. sometimes it feels normal. if you are going through this, try and catch yourself. if it is persistent, get medication. I learned early to watch myself, practice learning your symptoms and today I do not do it anymore.

@selfconfidentSpring6495 I would sometimes talk while others were talking. And someone called me out on it. I didn't even realize I was doing it. I practice being in the present. I try and see myself in the moment. Whenever I lose myself in some thought, I do my best to get back to the present. This is usually tied to some anxiety or depressive or sometimes grandiose thoughts. It is a part of exercising your own skills and building them up. After a while, you get used to it. And you are present more often.
