halucinations confusing
my psycosis has been wayy better but last couple days just odd stuff like words moving around and seeing people who not there and things moving that just shouldnt be doing that. is sleep one big hallucination? when i was trying to sleep the other day was really paranoid and confused and ended up staying awake the whole night. been hearing stuff too but mostly just repeats of all the noise at school which i find wierd idk why cant i hallucinate puppies or somthing acctually i have hallucinated a dog but it was scary idk i shut up now sorry to the unfortunate souls who read this

Amazing you have learned to work around hallucinations. The amount of stuff we have to work around is huge!
