i’m convinced i am schizophrenic but i’m worried it’s just a delusion
i have a ton of delusions, paranoia, not as much but a lot of hallicinations, derealizations, psychotic epsiodes and really bad cognitive symptoms aswell as the hallucinations and other symptoms i have no emotions, and a few other negative symptoms, i have family history with schizophrenia and adhd aswell
it really broke out in about september 2024

For years I thought I was bipolar and avoided getting help, I eventually got help and was diagnosed with schizoaffective. Seeing a doctor saved my life and really helped with the delusions and hallucinations. Sending you hugs for similar symptoms. Have you shared this with a doctor?
I had this too for some time, of only having delusion but then I went to a doctor and he told me it can only be delusions too and it dosent necessarily need to be hallucinations for it to be shizophrenia, I hope ur doing okay or that u can at least do better :)
