medication and routines and hallucinations

during the events before my bipolar diagnosis, I used to keep a routine, always a shaved face, because i have gender dysphoria issues, and a shower everyday. that was the only thing that kept me somewhat stable.

however after the medication i have gotten, i have lost that routine, i feel better, but i don’t feel the dysphoria as much. i still don’t feel male at all. on top of that ive been having hallucinations, i was in my sleep and i said “not another demon” and a face smiled at me in my sleep, “another human” then i woke up, and saw a black orb run across the floor. then i went to turn on the lights, and saw the black orb, in the small shadows of the table and crawling up on the ceiling. after that things resumed to normal, but since i couldn’t tell if it was real, i spent the whole night awake. from 3AM to early morning.

i was just wondering if anyone has any tips for these hallucations and also, it feels so muddy, i feel better and the thoughts and everything are way less. but why did i lose my routine?

@independentHuman6338  Drugs may lead to hallucinations, will produce a lot of side effects, it is recommended that you take medicine at the same time, appropriate exercise do not produce drug dependence, the situation will only be more serious.
