Need tips to help my friend
She has schizotypal personality disorder and sometimes she has psychosis.
I need tips to help and understand her. She just called me her friend for the first time 3 days ago, she mistrust me like I'm a serial killer, she sometimes avoid speaking to me because she truly believes I hate her, I'm ignoring her and things like that and it's hurting me too.
How can I help her?

It sounds like your friend is in need of support that you are not equipped to provide. This would be a great question for a professional or maybe a group therapy setting where you can receive feedback from others with similar lived experiences. I love how much you care; however, we must recognize that some things are bigger than our ability to manage them alone. I hope your friend has taken steps to be proactive about her care. In the meantime, please be sure to set some firm boundaries to protect yourself.
