Paranoia and anxiety

So I have really bad anxiety these days, bc I have maybe 4 to 5 panic attacks a week, which is a lot for me, which lasts for hours.

But big other problem is: My paranoia is rising. I can't go outside my apartment without feeling like someone is following or shadowing me. Which leads to me getting isolated in my apartment. I have an appointment with my therapist on monday, and she will come to my place, so that's not a problem, but I don't know what to do until then.

Bc when I'm outside what I define as home (my own, my parents' or my grandma's) my heart is galloping in rapid speed, I look around me all the time and I struggle to breath, bc I am so scared. I don't know what to do :(

That happens to me too. If it usually happens when you're alone, keep someone with you always. It'll help.

@emotionalShade4520 Yeah helps a lot, but I have always been able to (until now) go outside and such without too much problems, so not being able to makes me feel very dependent of those around me :(

focus on one thing, if not your breathing or a happy memory, anything that catches your eye. study it, ask yourself questions about it. Reassure yourself that you're in control.
