Am I being influenced from hell?
Please before I begin I am not a danger to anyone. I don't want to hurt anyone. Please.
It's so anxious lately.
Ever since I watched the Netflix show I feel like Jeffrey Dahmer's spirit in hell is trying to influence me.
I have nightmares about him where he's talking to me.
I feel like he's trying to take over my body?
I am absolutely terrified.
What do I do?
I have a really bad feeling.

@blaire354 Hi. Yeah, we can be really influenced by TV shows. If you can, try to keep it at that - that it is just your imagination and emotions that have been activated by the TV show.
@blaire354 Nightmares are really weird things, even dreams as well. I once had a dream about a youtuber getting physical with me. Can't explain.
