Can someone help me figure stuff out ?

Basically months ago I heard someone yell, like they were dying

It freaked me out but it didn't come back so I forgot about it. But recently I started hearing things again... people talking, yelling... but I can never figure out what they're saying. Also I hear noises that no one else hears and idk what's happening, please help...
