Schizophrenic because of telepathy?
Anyone hear voices but it's real people not voices you make up in your head. It's not your alter ego or controlled by you...it's a couple people just talking all the time who never shut up. There's even a link to turn it on and off if you have that option.
@duckmesilly auditory hallucinations do feel very real, like you really are listening to other people, not something made up in your own head. However, that is what it is. The brain is a powerful thing, and can make very convincing hallucinations. I'd say it isn't telepathy but most likely is an auditory hallucination, which is often associated with schizophrenia but that's not the only condition that can feature it. Talking to a mental health professional would probably be your best bet to figure it out and see what your options are, depending on what you want to do about it.
