i was diagnosed with bipolar ll last year found out it was also genetic because my mom had it. it was like a crazy ups and downs of my mood. when im in a manic ep i dont sleep and when im in a depressive ep i sleep too much and other stuff. and relationships for me was hard

I understand getting diagnosed with bipolar. Yes some depressive disorders can be genetic. I understand having many ups and downs.
